Recruitment Process
Praesidium’s recruitment process is tried and tested. It’s what ensures our success and keeps us ahead of our competitors. One of our Business Principles recognizes that ‘one size does not fit all’ and require us to one by one select the most exceptional and spirited individuals.
Interview Stages
Each interview is designed to help us to extract specific information about you. Upon successfully meeting the standards you will be invited to additional rounds of interviews.
First Round. Your first interview with us will be the ‘technical interview’ and is designed to help us to extract your technical knowledge appropriate for the role. The interview will focus primarily on your past experiences and accomplishments in your field of expertise.
Second Round. Your second Interview will be the ‘general interview’ and is designed to assess your general suitability to the Praesidium Culture. The interview will focus on your ambitions, motivations, drive and long term goals.
Third Round. Your third interview will be the ‘team interview’ and is designed to assess your ability to work in a team and to assess how you respond with those you will have day to day interactions with.
Fourth Round. Your fourth interview is the ‘management interview’ During this interview you will meet the management committee responsible for the strategic direction of the firm. Our interviewers will assess your compatibility with the firm's Culture and Business Principles.
The offer
Offers will only be made after the fourth interview. If you are unsuccessful in any of the earlier rounds a rejection letter will be sent to you within seven (7) business days.
