DFSA Authorised Firms must submit a number of periodic reports to the DFSA, particularly prudential returns, i.e. the returns setting out the financial resources and capital adequacy of a Firm’s business. It is essential that every Firm ensures that these returns are submitted on time. To assist DFSA Authorised Firms deliver on their compliance commitments, the Returns Prompter below summarises the key reporting dates for the reporting obligations.
